we create love

Why am I here?

Why do I show up every morning?

Sure, we all need to make a living. But compared to our caveman ancestors, that job is a walk in the park. A Princeton Study tells us that any addition in income past $75,000 per annum creates little increase in general happiness. So there must be other reasons at play.

Maslow famously said, “What a man can be, he must be. This need we may call self-actualization.”

Maslow goes on to say that without being happy with our work, we cannot be happy with ourselves.

What if, instead of using our jobs to pay for our lives, we use our work to express the highest part of our beings: joy, passion, hope, meaning and love.

If we aim to create love in our work, it’ll help us love ourselves.
