May we take this opportunity to introduce you to The Taxi Tour Experience. We are the exclusive provider of a taxi and taxi tour service to cruise liner passengers on behalf of Cruise Highlands Ltd. while vessels are in the port of Invergordon on the north east coast of the Scottish Highlands. All vehicles used are public hire taxis or private hire cars, the former having a white licence plate on the rear of the vehicle and a roof sign displaying 'Taxi', the latter having a yellow licence plate and no roof sign. All drivers and vehicles are licensed by the local authority, as displayed on the vehicle licence plate and on drivers' licence badges, which you may ask to see. All drivers and vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times. Whether you are taking a tour or a point to point transfer (e.g. from the port to the City of Inverness) your driver is also your knowledgeable guide. He/she will provide you with a high standard of customer care and service at all times. Before embarking on your tour or transfer you will be issued with a customer comment card. We very much hope that you will use this facility to assist us in maintaining our high standard of customer care at all times. Tours and transfers are also available outwith the cruise liner season, all year round.
