Skeabost, Bernisdale, Tote, Carbost and Borve are all places worth seeing and enjoying.

There's golf as usual for those who can't leave it alone. Fishing for those of a more sedate temperament and pony trekking for the budding ' cowboys '. Now if you've never tried to view the world from the back of a ' cuddy ' have a go for it is exciting to say the least.

Along with all that, there are some interesting centres all within the area and most certainly worth a visit.
The scenery is wonderful, making the walks exciting and exhilarating for those who love the outdoors.

I have to tell you that this is wonderful country with everything that makes for a brilliant holiday.

For Eats the local Hostelries provide good fayre.
Hotels, Guesthouses, Caravan and Camping sites are available.

Travel is by bus, coach or car.
For the tourists from abroad the nearest airports are Inverness with a connection by rail to Kyle of Lochalsh and on to Skye by bus, coach or car, or Glasgow with a rail connection to Mallaig and on to Skye by bus, coach or car via the ferry.
