Hello
and welcome
I am Pat
Wilson; previously a registered general nurse who worked in
the health service for 20 years until personal circumstances
guided me into complementary health care. It not only fascinated
me but it changed my life both professionally and personally.
I underwent extensive training with the Washington School of
Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis, successfully obtaining a diploma
in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Practitioners
certificates. Further training led me to acquiring the Emotional
Freedom Technique Practitioner's certificate. I am a member
of the National Council of Hypnotherapists in which members
are bound by a strict code of Ethics and Conduct.
What can Hypnosis do for me?
Using Hypnosis,
one can may access their own natural resources from within to
incorporate fast effective changes to ones self to enhance ones
life. whilst experiencing the benefits of deep relaxation and
the altered state of wakeful alertness, positive suggestion
can be accepted by the subconscious mind to bring about therapeutic
changes.
At all times, you are fully in control and fully aware of what
is going on around you. No one is taking over your mind and
you are not being controlled by anyone other than yourself.
You will not reveal anything that you do not wish to. you can
return to normal wakefulness at any time you choose or end a
session at any time you wish.
Hypnosis may help with these issues but there are many more:
Relaxation
/ reduce stress and anxiety
Confidence
/ self esteem / personal development
Smoking
cessation
Phobias
Weight
management
Issues
surrounding M.E. / Chronic Fatique
