1. Is HealthWorks owned by any one individual?
No. It is owned by a charity called HealthWorks (Holistic Health Care Ltd.), a not-for-profit organisation, registered in Scotland.

2. Can I drop in without an appointment?
Normally no. You have to make an appointment first with the practitioner of your choice (by telephone or email). There is an automated door-entry system, and a nice waiting room, with a lending library.

3. Can we get treatments or referrals on the NHS?
Your doctor can recommend certain therapies to you, but at the moment you still have to pay the therapist privately.
