about Greta

I was born in the Netherlands and have lived in Scotland since 1986. In 1992 I discovered feltmaking. After more than a decade of feltmaking I still discover new magic in this medium. Felt is so versatile and the soft touch of natural fibres and the wonderful abundance of colours give me great pleasure. In 2006 I received the City & Guilds Diploma in Design and Craft, with a nomination for "The Medal for Excellence ". I have exhibited my feltwork in galleries all over Scotland. For many years I have given feltwork-shops in Moray and the Highlands. It is a great joy to share this ancient craft with others!
