Cromdale is a small but attractive village deep in Spey Country where country estates offer various sports such as fishing and shooting.
The surrounding land is great for ramblers and hillwalkers to enjoy and explore.

The fishing fraternity should find good angling with the Spey so close by and the many other waters around.

There's a Salmon Smokehouse to be seen in the village and some wonderful bargains to be had.

A sled dog centre with sled rides to be tried is a must for the enthusiast as this must surely be an unusual adventure for the area. Sounds really exciting.

At nearby Grantown there's lots of other centres to be visited and enjoyed.

For the tourists from abroad the nearest airports are Inverness with a connection to Elgin by rail and on to Cromdale by bus or coach, Glasgow and Edinburgh connect to Inverness by air, rail, bus or coach and on to Elgin and Cromdale as above.
