"We have stayed here about 4 times now over the past few years. We use Ceilidh B & B as a base to visit relatives based at RAF Lossiemouth.

We are always greeted with a very warm family welcome from Heather & Co. who run this lovely B & B. The rooms are very clean and well kept and have all you need for a stay - Tv, Shower, Coffee making facilities etc.

Breakfast is round a large communal table in the dining room where you can admire their collection of mugs. ( new ones added each year - and yes we do notice !! ) Breakfast is always yummy and filling enough to keep you going all day.

The location around Ceilidh B & B has alot to offer. We have spent time walking along the front of the beach to relax after breakfast and picking up a newspaper before heading off for a day out. Its worth visiting the Italian restaurant around the corner on the front for a lovely meal and Whiskey coffees.

There are numerous places you can visit but here are our favourites :-
Out of all the Whiskey Distilieries - Glen Fiddich is the best and is also FREE. You also get a taste of it after the tour.

We also like going to Loch Ness from here. Its not that far away and is so nice. PLaces to stop and shop, pubs to drink at and of course you are always on the look out for Nessie !!

Ullapool is also worth a drive to. A very nice little port area with lots of little shops and fish and chip bars. We have even spent time watching the trawler boats unload their catch. - Well worth a visit.

All in all, this B & B is fantastic. We love the warm welcome, we feel we know the family and they give it that friendly personal touch. We have even been treated to Rory playing his clarinet ( he is really good and should be very proud ).

We will keep going back to this location for as long as my brother is based there.

Well done guys - keep up the great work

We have found 'Ceilidh' to be a very warm, welcoming, friendly, family run B&B. A very good base for exploring the many places of interest. We have stayed at 'Ceilidh' on several occasions and have always received a very warm welcome, a comfortable bed and a really good breakfast!

Our holiday in Scotland this summer was fantastic! Due in no small part to the friendly welcome extended to us at all the various B&Bs, not least by you!

We really appreciated our stay at Ceilidh. You went out of your way to accommodate all our needs, not always an easy task when dealing with guests who are "challenged in their mobility."

Your B&B was just the right overnight for us -- close to the sea, as well as to all the sites in and around Elgin. And one mustn't forget the Malt Whisky Trail!

Should our travels take us back to your area of Scotland, we would feel privileged if we might stay with you again.

Warm regards,

Wolfgang and Linda Thomsen
