Beauly is
a lovely town to the west of Inverness
on the river of the same name.
All around is that
greenery which makes for good countryside and Beauly has plenty
of that.
The town is a pleasantly peaceful place with an exceptionally wide main
street lined with some interesting shops.
If you like the
idea of a nice lazy kind of vacation with lots of good walks and plenty
of fresh air, perhaps a good day's fishing on a Highland river, a challenging
game of golf at nearby Aigas, a browse round the peaceful Priory
and grounds, or a visit to the local winery then this is where you want
to be.
This is a truly
lovely area of Scotland with so much to see and do that, perhaps, it
wouldn't be such a lazy holiday after all.
