Arisaig,
situated in a beautiful bay, which provides a safe harbour for the ferry,
which serves the islands of Rum, Muck and Eigg, and the many
other craft, which use these waters.
This is possibly
the most exotic part of the Highlands
for anyone who has ever been to the sands of Morar will tell
of the whitest and cleanest sands that they have ever seen. It takes
the breath away that somewhere in this world, so close to home, can
be so beautiful. For our English cousins who flock abroad without ever
having experienced this wonderful place never faisl to amaze me as to
what they are missing.
Arisaig has plenty
fishing, boating and golf. For other interest there is the Arisaig
Church and of course Loch Morar has it's own monster, whom,
some authorities claim, is a relative of 'Nessie'.
A truly 'has to be seen' area and a great time to be had so don't
delay book now.
